About
Chemical engineer with over 14 years’ experience in researching the application of process engineering, particularly supercritical fluid extraction, to the production of high value products from biological resources. I have worked in a wide range of projects across multiple areas, including supercritical fluid extraction and chromatography, food technology, membrane separations, and liquid-phase processing, working with a broad range of biomaterials across multiple sectors. One of my main current interests is cannabis processing, and I have specialised in the decarboxylation, extraction and downstream processing of this material.
