About
I’m a researcher in the areas of health economics and outcomes research, and I work to optimise health outcomes for chronic disease using evidence-based approaches and a rational utilisation of resources and healthcare system capacities. I’m also passionate about health and science policy, and about designing healthcare systems able to provide equal care to the whole society.
I’m currently pursuing a PhD at Monash University, where I work with an interdisciplinary team to estimate the impact of cardiovascular diseases on the health and economy of Australia. Prior to my enrolment as a PhD student, I worked as Clinical Research Coordinator for Monash Health, and before coming to Australia I worked four years at Karolinska Institutet, in Sweden, on chronic inflammatory diseases.
