Mr. Diego Díaz-Milanés (MSc), Ph.D. candidate at Universidad Loyola Andalucía and visiting fellow at the University of Canberra, holds an MSc in Health and Clinical Psychology. He has published several papers on the impact of COVID-19 on the general population and the international actions taken by governments and institutions to preserve the population’s mental health. He focuses his current research on improving mental health care using decision support systems. It includes relative technical efficiency assessment and Bayesian networks development for guiding policymaking.
