4th Conference “Building bridges between the Australian and Spanish university systems”


The Instituto Cervantes in Sydney and SRAP hosted the 4th Conference “Building bridges between the Australian and Spanish universities, synergies between universities and industry. Talent attraction” on Monday, May 29th, 5:30pm, at Instituto Cervantes in Sydney.

We had a special guest for this Conference, Mrs Mª Vicenta Mestre Escrivá, Magnificent Rector of the University of Valencia, as well as Prof Carles Padilla: Vicerector for internalization and multilingualism at the University of Valencia and Prof Esteban Sanchis: Delegate of the rector for the Alliance of European universities FORTHEM.

We also had as key note speakers Mr Israel Lozano: Managing Director and Vice President of Navantia Australia and Mr Miguel Castro: Head of Business Development Transportation and Security ANZ (INDRA).  

The conference was in English and will take place in the auditorium of the Instituto Cervantes in Sydney: Level 3, 299 Sussex Street Sydney, NSW 2000 in a hybrid format (online and face to face).
