Dear Members,
We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Spanish Researchers in Australia-Pacific (SRAP) to be held on Friday 3th November 2017 at 17:30 at the Australian Hearing Hub, Macquarie University.
We will email you our Annual Report very soon. This Annual Report summarises all activities undertaken by the association during this year (including the President’s report for 2017). We will also send a reminder to pay next year’s membership fee ($40/year). Hard copies of these reports will be available at the AGM meeting.
The AGM will take place at the end of the 3rd Australia-Spain Research Forum: Air. Please check the program and register to attend the forum https://airforum2017.srap-ieap.org/ This year the forum will take place in two cities: Sydney on the 3rd Nov and Canberra on the 6th Nov.
With regard to the AGM and the association in general, we would love to hear from you: any ideas that you have, any activity that you would like the association to get involved or any event that you would like to organise. Feel free to email us your ideas and any items that you want to include in the agenda of the meeting to srap.ieap@gmail.com.
In addition, we would love to have you as part of the board. Feel free to nominate yourself to any of the roles of the association or just pop by and say that you want to help. For example, these are some of the positions of the board:
-Secretary
-Assistance secretary
-Head of communications (website, social media)
-Event organiser (research and social activities)
